Co-founded CRYE-LEIKE of Memphis in 1977, which became the largest firm in Memphis within three years. Presently operating 19 corporate-owned offices with over 1,100 sales associates. Founded CRYE-LEIKE of Nashville in 1992, which became the largest firm in Nashville in one year. Presently operating 18 company-owned offices with over 800 sales associates. Founded CRYE-LEIKE of Chattanooga in 1997. Presently operating eight offices with over 300 sales associates. Became the No. 1 market leader in the number of closed transactions in four years, with agent growth and sales volume more than tripling. Founded CRYE-LEIKE of Johnson City – January 2000. Presently operating one office with over 32 sales associates. Founded CRYE-LEIKE of Arkansas – Little Rock in May 2002. Presently operating six company-owned offices in Little Rock with over 125 sales associates; along with two company-owned offices in West Memphis and Jonesboro, Ark.
