Dennis Rosas is a second-generation agent, who entered the business while in college. He always knew what he wanted to be, a Salesman and Broker/Owner. Growing up in Montebello one of two sons with a single Mother who was a successful REALTOR®, his work ethic was developed at a tender age. Graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration gave him a foundation to launch his budding realty career. In January of 1986, he became both a licensed broker and the owner of Home Brokers Inc. of Whittier. He ran that company successfully and along the way became active in organized real estate, chairing many committees and being elected to President of the Whittier District Board of REALTORS® in 1988, now known as the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®. In 1991 he went on to become 22nd District Regional Vice President for the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR). In addition to serving as a director for both the California Assoc. of REALTORS® and the National Assoc. of REALTORS® at various times. Dennis served as Chairman of the Board Presidents Forum for CAR in 1994 and a member for The Realty Alliance (an industry trade group of the largest realty companies in the U.S. and Canada, both franchised and independent) since 2013.
As his expertise and influence flourished, he began to look for new opportunities and merged his company into what was then Gallery of Homes®, Mulhearn REALTORS®, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, California Properties in 1993. He went on to partner with Mulhearn in a second office in Hacienda Heights. These two offices were for years consistently the number one and two offices in the Mulhearn chain of over twenty offices for profitability. 2009 brought additional responsibilities as he was appointed General Manager of the Mulhearn chain overseeing all branch offices as well as being the operating partner in his Whittier and Hacienda Heights offices.
In late 2018, Rosas was called by Mr. Bruce T. Mulhearn the founder to take the reins as President and Principal Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. In addition, he serves as the corporate officer of its affiliated independent escrow operation with nearly twenty locations in four counties, Castlehead Inc. Escrows. He is also active in our related title operation Orange Coast Title Co. The firm is ranked in the top 200 brokerage companies in the entire U.S out of over 75,000 firms, with over 800 sales agents, $1.5+ Billion in combined sales and has the distinction of being a “Gibraltar Club” network member with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices top 50 network members.
Dennis has two adult daughters, Danielle and Kymberly and is married for 35 years to Rosemarie. They reside in Friendly Hills/Whittier, love to travel and spend time with their daughters. Rosas days begin early as he is a runner logging over one thousand miles a year.
